I am an active student that attends a rigorous and time consuming school. Making avatars and assets is my only form of income, please only come to me for a commission if you are able and willing to pay what I see my work as worth. Please understand that more often than not I am undercharging for commissions and working overtime.

From Full Design

($30 USD base price)

This price is subject to rise depending on the complexity of the asset, and if the commissioner wants the asset rigged.

• Commissioner provides design sheet for the asset
• Copyright must be owned by the commissioner
• Commissioner must have full permission from the original designer to pay for a 3D version (They must also allow me to reach out to the original designer to check)

From Inspiration

($50 USD base price)

This price is subject to rise depending on the complexity of the asset, and if the commissioner wants the asset rigged.

• Commissioner will provide an inspiration/idea sheet
• I will not create licensed designs, I will take an idea that the commissioner gives me and make something inspired by it, with the commissioner’s input throughout the the process

Payment

Payment is done over PayPal and is payed in 2 installments.

1. 1/2 up front, before work is begun, after the commission has been accepted
2. 1/2 is payed once the asset is finished, before it is sent to the commissioner

Updates

I will send updates and photos whenever I get the chance to make progress on the commission. Please do not push for updates, as I am a full time student and some weeks I will not get the time to work on commissions.

Use

• A payed asset commission may be used for unlimited personal projects and one commercial project. If the commissioner intends to use it for more than one commercial project, they must first consult me and I will ask for an extra payment of $15 per commercial model
• If the asset is being used for a commercial model, the commissioner must credit the House of Heretics Payhip in the credits section
• The asset may be used on public models
• The asset may not be redistributed on it's own, payed or for free unless discussed with me prior, this will likely involve an extra payment
• The asset may be used on the following public platforms: VRChat, Neos, ChilloutVR and Helios
• The commissioner may not take credit for the creation of the asset

I, Hypopxia, reserve the right to turn down any commission that is brought to me without explanation, and to put commissions on hold for as long as necessary if personal issues arise. I will not back out of a commission once payment has been exchanged unless dire circumstances arise, and the commissioner will be notified if this occurs. If this happens the commissioner will be given all files that I had been working on and may find another artist to complete their commission. 

If the client fails to respond to a message, email, or invoice, within a one week period, I, Hypopxia, reserve the right to use the asset/avatar as I see fit. I will send a warning message on the 7th day requesting immediate 24 hour reply, if none is given I reserve the right to resell the asset/avatar.

Estimated time of between 6-8 months for completion

From Reference Sheet

($150 USD base price)

This price will rise depending on the number and complexity of assets the design requires.

• Commissioner provides a full character reference sheet
• The design must be owned or created by the commissioner
• If it is not created by the commissioner, they must provide evidence of ownership and have permission from the original creator for the design to be made into a 3D model

From Inspiration Sheet

($250 USD base price)

This price is subject to rise based on the number and complexity of assets the commissioner wants.

• Commissioner provides design inspiration/idea images or sheet
• I will not duplicate the designs sent, I will take inspiration from them and work with the commissioner to make something similar that they like
• The price includes the estimated amount of time discussing designs with the commissioner

Commissions are subject to lower prices if the commissioner chooses to use an asset that I have already made, from the House of Heretics Payhip page.

I will only use assets created by myself.

Payment

Payment is done over PayPal and is payed in 3 installments.

1. 1/3 of the quote is payed before I begin work, after I have accepted the commission.
2. 1/3 is payed when the avatar is transferred to Unity (I will only return to Blender if there are technical issues, if the commissioner wants to add an asset they must pay extra)
3. 1/3 is payed once the avatar is finished, prior to upload or transfer of the Unity package
